Youth Foundation Performance
The Aberrant Foundation Performance Program is a comprehensive 6-week training experience designed for young athletes ages 9-12. This program focuses on building a strong foundation of physical fitness and athletic skills.

Held twice a week from 6:00 PM to 6:45 PM, the Aberrant Foundation Performance Program is designed to challenge your child, help them grow in their athletic abilities, and instill confidence through every workout. By the end of the 6 weeks, your child will have developed crucial skills to help them succeed in any sport they pursue.
