Program Description
The Aberrant Teen Athletic Development Program is designed to help young athletes (ages 13-18) build the strength, speed, and skills they need to excel in sports and beyond. Whether your teen is aiming to improve in a specific sport or enhance their overall athleticism, this program offers a well-rounded approach to developing physical and mental strength.
Our program focuses on strength and conditioning, speed and agility, endurance, and sport-specific development to ensure your teen reaches their full potential. Each session combines high-intensity workouts with sport-specific training, delivered by expert coaches who understand the needs of growing athletes.
Any Fitness Level
5 Days a week
1 Hour
Specialized drills to increase quickness, acceleration, and overall athletic movement.
Training that improves coordination, balance, and skillset, customized to support performance in your teen’s chosen sport.
Led by experienced coaches who guide you through each workout
Emphasis on proper form and mobility to reduce the risk of injury, keeping your athlete healthy and active.
