Our Foundations course equips you with the skills, confidence, and knowledge to seamlessly step into any CrossFit class, ensuring you're prepared to train safely, effectively, and with full confidence from day one.

Program Description
Our Foundations course at Aberrant CrossFit consists of four personalized, one-on-one sessions designed to introduce you to CrossFit’s core movements and methodology. Whether you’re new to fitness or just to CrossFit, these sessions help remove any apprehension by teaching proper technique in a supportive environment. You’ll build confidence, learn the basics, and be fully prepared to transition into our regular classes with ease.
