Pre-Teens & Teens
Parents, we have a program just for your Pre-Teens & Teens ages 5th grade and up!
This 45-minute class will focus on the mechanics and technique of proper weightlifting, core strength, conditioning, balance, speed, and agility. These concepts will help any teen perform better at sports or improve general fitness. This class is for ALL teens. From seasoned athletes to those looking to get into fitness for the 1st time. Our coaches will work with each teen to customize movements to accommodate any past injuries or mobility issues.
Tuesday & Thursdays
1st & 3rd Saturdays of each month

Sign up any time. Fees will be pro-rated from the 1st of the month. Membership options include unlimited classes for $85/mo, 10 classes for $100 (valid 3 mo from purchase date) or drop-in classes for $15.
