Pre-Teens & Teens
Parents, we have an option for your Pre-Teens & Teens ages 5th grade and up!
Teens can attend any of our regularly scheduled classes and we will focus on the mechanics and technique of proper weightlifting, core strength, conditioning, balance, speed, and agility. These concepts will help any teen perform better at sports or improve general fitness. Classes are appropriate for ALL teens. From seasoned athletes to those looking to get into fitness for the 1st time. Our coaches will work with each teen to customize movements to accommodate any past injuries or mobility issues.
Only requirement is that their maturity allows them to listen and to follow coach led directions. Our experienced coaches will keep them safe and provide a great environment to become strong, resilient and improve overall self confidence and well being.

Sign up any time. Fees will be pro-rated from the 1st of the month. Membership options include unlimited classes for $85/mo, 10 classes for $100 (valid 3 mo from purchase date) or drop-in classes for $15.
