CrossFit Kids


 

CrossFit Kids and Teens is a strength and condition program that is designed to deliver healthy and fun exercise habits for kids aged 5-13. The workouts will include group activities, body weight movements, and the introduction, as well as gaining skills towards Olympic lifts. Additionally, working with peers and supervision of a coach promotes a safe, positive, and encouraging environment for your child. Age appropriate skills will be present during each class, as they are prepared to be well rounded athletes. T-shirts avalible!
