A new class to add to our lineup, this class is an express setup designed to give you just what the title states; extra cardio and core work. This class is a complement to any of our other programs.
In this class you will find a mix of running, rowing, biking, ski erg and more to build your "engine." As well as plenty of accessory work to build your core. Good for any fitness level.
