Burn

Our BURN class is designed to give you a total body workout without the heavyweight lifting found in our CrossFit classes. This 60 min, high energy, group class utilizes body weight functional movements, running, rowing, biking, plyometrics, kettlebells and more to give you one amazing workout. Led by our staff of experienced and professional trainers, this class is perfect for anyone looking to get into fitness for the first time, or experienced athletes looking for a new challenge.
