Aberrant Crossfit

CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program designed to elicit the broadest physical capacity possible. We want our members to be able to handle any challenge life throws at them. The functional movements we use in CrossFit are important because they improve our ability to complete everyday activities while improving our overall fitness.


Aberrant Burn

Our Burn class offers members who may be apprehensive about barbells movements, a low impact high intensity workout! This program aligns with the Crossfit methodology so you are sure to get the stimulus needed to make those improvement to our health and fitness. 

Child Care

At Aberrant, we offer child care for all of our afternoon classes during the week. This benefit is included in all of our memberships!
