While Crossfit and Burn are the core of our program at Aberrant Crossfit, we also have multiple supplemental training programs as part of your chosen membership.

At Home

We understand that sometimes things prevent us from making it to the gym, we've got you covered! At Home is a daily, minimal to no equipment program. This is available to all of our memberships.

Endurance

2x per week Cardio Endurance training. This will be longer sessions of bike, row, and ski workouts.

Bodybuilding

Program designed to target specific muscle groups through isolated exersises. Bi's and Tri's baby!

Running

This is also a 2x per week run program that will boost your endurance and keep us in running shape. We will also offer event specific (ie 5k, Marathon) training session through the year!
